• A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon reservation. Please mail a check made payable to Tumble Wheels. Balance will be collected IN CASH or MONEY ORDER the day of the party.
• No additional charge if you cancel prior to 10 days of your party date. If you cancel within 10 days of your party date you will be charged in full.
• In the event that we must cancel, we will reschedule at your convenience or refund your deposit.
• The date and time you request will only be held for 10 days. Please send in your Party Reservation form and your deposit to keep your time slot.
• Prices are for parties within 20 miles of our address. Party locations within 21-30 miles of our address will be charged a mileage fee of $25.
• Please have your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the time the bus will arrive.
• We require a large flat space to park the bus, which can be curbside or a driveway.
